Egmont Publishing Norway Live With Backbone4Media

At the beginning of 2016 Egmont Publishing Norway selected the Backbone4Media solution, in strong competition with major global suppliers, as the foundation to help them manage, collect and analyze all of their media revenues in one system.

In Their Words…

Egmont’s transition from ”old media” into the new media landscape required a new platform that was future ready as well as fit to manage all existing business. The main reason for choosing Backbone4Media is that it’s the most powerful platform that combines all type of media channels into ONE system for a reasonable cost.

Ole Kristian Ullereng, Commercial Director at Egmont Publishing Norway, says: “We chose Backbone4Media in competition with some major international suppliers because their platform gives us better control of our sellout rates as well as the billing process, hence providing us a much better insight in how and where our revenues come from”.

Ole Kristian Ullereng continues: “As one of the largest media companies in Scandinavia, with most of our revenues today coming from print, we feel much more secured for the future media landscape with Backbone4Media’s flexible and scalable platform in place.”
